Look at the skyline of Awka, the capital 'city' of Anambra State. From this aerial view, it is visible, even to the blind, that Awka is not close to becoming the Las Vegas that this administration promised to turn it into.
From the picture, the chaos of disorderliness endemic in Anambra State is evident in the picture which shows a conspicuous lacuna of town planning in Awka.
